    Rhassoul Facial and Mask
submitted by HTN Member Anastasia Crabtree

Rhassoul Facial and Mask employs chunks of Rhassoul clay, instead of powdered clay. I like the chunks because you get more for your money that way. This is a great mask to wash with, but you can also leave it on your face for 10 to 20 minutes and then rinse. A spritz or two of rose hydrosol when you are done and your skin will glow!

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Put the chunks of Rhassoul clay in a small container along with the rose hydrosol and let it sit for 10 minutes so the clay dessolves in the hydrosol. Stir to create a lovely paste.

    2. Apply to your clean face and neck.

    3. Rinse well and follow with spritzes of more rose hydrosol.

    Comments:

"This recipe is so simple and effective. Half the fun is watching the little pieces of clay soak up the hydrosol and flatten into mush. I vary the recipe with a bit of white honey for a really special mask."
