    Warming foot massage oil can be used on sore muscles as well.

    Ingredients:
    1 ounce sweet almond oil
    1 ounce jojoba oil
    3 drops peppermint essential oil
    1 drop  rosemary essential oil
    1 drop tea tree essential oil
    1 drop ginger essential oil

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Combine sweet almond and jojob oil. (If you don't have sweet almond, you can use other base oils like grapeseed or apricot kernel.)

    2. Add the essential oils one drop at a time, shaking gently after each addition.

    3. To use, massage gently into feet for sweet aromatherapy and muscle relief and to gently perfume feet naturally.
