This heavenly scented mud masque is soothing and firming for all skin types. Ylang-ylang is an anti-depressant and hormonal balancer, which makes it a great oil to treat PMS and menopausal symptoms. Geranium is a good oil for skin problems and is also emotionally balancing. Use this masque no more than two or three times a month.

    Blending Procedure:

    1. In a small bowl, mix together the moor mud, rose clay and yogurt until they form a smooth paste.

    2. Add olive oil and mix well.

    3. Add essential oils and mix well.

    4. With clean hands, gently apply the masque to your clean face and neck, avoiding eye area and lips. Rest to allow the masque to work -- about 20 minutes.

    5. Once masque is dry, rinse with cool water until the water runs clear. Pat your face gently dry and follow with toner and moisturizer of your choice. Between uses, store the masque in the refrigerator in an airtight container to keep it from drying out.
