    When mixed with olive oil, this is suitable for normal to dry skin. When mixed with vinegar, it's best for normal to oily skin.

    Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons finely ground oats
    2 tablespoons wheat bran
    2 tablespoons honey
    enough olive oil to form a paste OR
    enough apple cider vinegar to form a paste

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Mix oatmeal, wheat bran and honey together in a bowl. Then add enough olive oil or apple cider vinegar to form a soft paste.

    2. To use, rinse face with warm water. Apply cleanser and gently massage. Rinse with warm water, then cool water.
