    Oatmeal Bath Soak

    Oatmeal baths are great for dry, itchy or irritated skin. This is an easy way to bathe with them so they can work their magic!

    Ingredients:
    1-3 cups whole oats (do not use instant oatmeal)
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2-6 drops essential oil, choose your own or make this unscented
    1 large muslin bag or old panty hose

    Blending Procedure:

    1. If you are using different kinds of essential oils, combine them first in a bowl and let them sit for a few hours so they aromas can blend together nicely.

    2. Add the oats and mix until they are evenly coated with the essential oil.

    3. Pour the infused oats into a muslin bag or the old panty hose and tie off the end. Drop the Oatmeal Bath Soak into a warm drawn bath and get in. Soak for at least 20 minutes.

    4. Discard the oats and bag/hose immediately after using.
