    Blending Procedure:

    1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or small food processor. It should be a thin paste. Since some fresh products are juicier than others, if the mixture is too runny, combine a bit of oatmeal a teaspoon at a time until a paste forms that will stay on your skin without dripping off. You can also add 1 drop of a favorite essential oil if you'd like.

    2. To use, apply liberally to your face and neck area. Gently massage to lightly exfoliate your skin.

    3. Leave the mixture on your skin for 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse well with arm water. Your skin will feel clean and fresh. Since the ingredients are all natural, it is safe for any skin type.
