    Blending Procedure:

    1. Empty all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Your mixture should not be too fluid. The quantity of the lotion you use will depend upon how thick or thin it is so add it a little at a time until a nice, thick yes spreadable consistency is achieved.

    2. After you stir the mixture briskly, pour into a bottle or jar with a lid, and store in the fridge.

    3. Use in the bath after using your soap or shower gel. You can use your hand to spread the mixture or a spatula. Leave on for 1 minute, and wash off with lukewarm water. Dab gently until dry. This is wonderful for legs, knees, hands, elbows and heels, but do not use on the face or other delicate areas of skin.

    4. Note: If you use a lotion without a preservative, keep this mixture refrigerated between uses. If you use a commercial brand or a handmade lotion with preservative, refrigeration is not necessary but it should be used within a few weeks and stored in a tightly capped jar between uses. In either case, refrigeration can't hurt!
