    This is a simple combination that can be used as a face and neck scrub and then left on as a mask. It's great for all skin types.

    Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons  ground oats
    1 tablespoon  Honey
    1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
    1tablespoon powdered milk
    3 teaspoons water (rose hydrosol is nice if you have some)

    Blending Procedure:

    1. combine all ingredients together one at a time in the order shown. The final mixture should hold together loosely in your hand. (If the mixture seems too dry to smooth across your face, add more water a little at a time until a spreadable consistency is obtained.)

    2. To use, apply to dampened facial skin using gentle circular motions. Leave on for 15 minutes while you rest. Rinse well with warm water. Follow with toner and moisturizer of your choice.
