    Ingredients:
    1 teaspoon finely minced fresh lavender blossoms (organic is preferable)
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/8 cup mashed fresh apricots, peaches or bananas
    1/8 cup honey

    Blending Procedure:

    1. Soak the lavender blossoms in the yogurt for 1 hour or more.

    2. Gently stir in 1/8 cup mashed fresh apricots, peaches or bananas. Add honey last and stir well to incorporate.

    3. To use, wash face and leave skin damp. Generously pat Honey-Yogurt Mask over face and neck. Relax, enjoy, and rinse off with warm water after 1/2 hour. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, and yes, it's edible (but first, be sure the lavender is fresh and organic)!
