The combination of essential oils in this aromatherapy bath produces a wonderful effect that is at once calming, inspiring and confidence building. As always, for best results, us the highest quality essential oils and jasmine absolute you can get your hands on!! Jasmine Bath Syrup is an aromatherapy treat that is designed to be poured into the bath.

This recipe makes 1 ounce.Use 1/2 of this 1 ounce preparation for a standard sized tub. If you have a Jacuzzi sized tub, you may wish to add more depending on your own sensitivities. I use 1 ounce for my fairly large Jacuzzi sized tub and find that it is just right. As with all aromatherapy products, err on the side of using less rather than more. Turkey Red oil is fully dispersible in water so this mixture should not separate much. The small bit of rose hips tincture contributes to adding a bit of additional shelf life, plus the properties of the rose hips themselves. It also helps make the ingredients less prone to separation.

I used Jasmine Bath Syrup during the last few weeks of my pregnancy nearly every day in a warm morning bath. Of course, it was empowering to use something so wonderful that I had created myself, but the jasmine oil really added to the sense of power and confidence I had as I approached the labor process. No wonder they call it the Queen of Flowers!!
